Our team will update our records so you will continue to be renewed and receive notification emails regarding the expiration or auto-renewal of your subscription. EDS essentially allows you to download your purchase again for up to two (2) years, in the event your computer crashes or the downloaded file becomes damaged or corrupt. A BackUp CD is an additional service we offer for downloaded products. It allows you to purchase a physical version of your downloaded software from within the shopping cart.
