Licenses are assigned on a per-user basis (not per-device), so Dragon Medical One can be installed on as many computers as you'd like. You can easily move from one workstation to another by logging in and out of Dragon Medical One, however, licenses cannot be shared between users.

2-year term: monthly billing is $89/month or $2,136 upfront
3-year term: monthly billing is $79/month or $2,844 upfront

The one-time service fee for a Dragon Medical One license is designed to help you through every step of implementation and provides each new user a 1:1 session with a Nuance-certified resource. This session covers a comprehensive set of implementation services, including the installation and setup of Dragon Medical One and PowerMic Mobile; training and review, including an introduction to using Dragon Medical One, advanced tips, and Q&A with professional Dragon Medical One trainers; and workflow consultation, such as a review of Dragon Medical One's integration with your EHR workflows and assistance mastering command recommendations.
You can buy up to 5 licenses of Dragon Medical One from the Nuance eCommerce store. If you wish to purchase more than 5 licenses, please contact us.
If you are employed by or an independent contractor of a hospital or health system, please contact your internal IT team to confirm that your specific organization is not part of an existing Dragon Medical One site license or contact us to verify.

No. Dragon Medical One is a native Windows application; it cannot be installed and used directly on a macOS-based computer.

Dragon Medical One is installed on a computer. Users can then use their mobile phone as a microphone via PowerMic Mobile.
Dragon Medical One works with all EHR/EMR applications. Dragon Medical One is compatible with most Windows-based applications and its dictation functionality works anywhere you place a cursor. And while Dragon Medical One's primary function of EHR dictation is available from the word “go” by way of the dictation box workflow, there are varying degrees of integration with a number of EHR applications for additional workflows and features like voice command automation.

While we strongly recommend PowerMic Mobile or PowerMic 4, you can use any microphone that can record audio data in 16 kHz, 16 bit mono format. This includes headsets, Nuance PowerMic Mobile, and PowerMic 4.
